客戶:90%來自餐館、飯店、食堂、中央廚房、快餐店及海外餐飲企業和經銷商。他們是董事長、總經理、烹飪大師、行政總廚、采購經理及經銷商的合伙人。hotels, canteens, central kitchens, fast food chains and dealers. The persons who come are Presidents, General Managers, Master Chefs, Executive Chefs, Purchasing managers and partners of dealers.

24%餐飲設、31%食材、17%烘焙/披薩、12%咖啡和飲料、5.5%農產品/國家地理標志產品、5%葡萄酒/啤酒/黃酒/白酒、4%加盟/學校/書刊、1.5%中央廚房。Exhibitors:24% catering equipment,31% food products, 17% baking/pizza, 12% coffee and beverage manufactures and suppliers, 5.5% farm products and national landmark food products, 5% wine/ beer/liquor, 4% are chain and franchises/cooking schools/ medias, 1.5% central kitchens。
觀眾:
現場將超過20000 專業觀眾:37%來自正餐、24%來自火鍋、19%來自連鎖、10%來自食堂/中央廚房、6%來自經銷商、4%來自面包店/飲品店/超市。Visitors: There will be over 20,000 professional visitors at site: 37% from regular meal restaurants, 24% from hot pot restaurants,19% from chains, 10% from canteens/central kitchens,6% from dealers,4% frombakeries/beverages/supermarkets。

標準展位:9800元/9㎡,豪華展位:11800元/9㎡(展位三圍板、地毯、一張咨詢臺、兩把椅子、二只射燈、一個220V電源插座、參展單位中英文楣板)Standard Booth:RMB9800/9㎡, Superior Booth:RMB11800//9㎡, Booth for overseas companies: RMB19800//9㎡ (carpet, one information desk, two chairs, two spotlights, 220V electric outlet, company name in Chinese and English on Fascia Board);
光地:980元/㎡(36㎡起租,僅提供相應面積之地面,無任何設施。展位內用電費用由參展商按實際用電量另付,進館前需交納施工管理費、水、電、氣費等)Blank Space:RMB980/㎡ (minimum 36㎡ for renting, without any facility. Exhibitors will pay for the electricity in their own booth. And management fees for the fit-up construction, water, electricity, gas and etc. are charged before move-in)。
注1:兩面開口展位費加收800元, 三面開口展位加收1500元;展覽辦公室根據展位參展情況,有修改、調整展位圖的權利
Note1: booth with two sides open is charged RMB800 yuan more, while with three sides open charged RMB1500 yuan more. Exhibition office owns the right of modifying and adjusting the booth map in accordance to exhibition situation.
